Die Ware Apparate und Vorrichtungen, auch elektrisch beheizt (ausgenommen Öfen und andere Apparate der Position 8514), zum Behandeln von Stoffen durch auf einer Temperaturänderung beruhende Vorgänge, z. B. Mögliche Ausnahme: Machinery, plant or laboratory equipment whether or not electrically heated (excluding furnaces, ovens and other equipment of heading 8514 ), for the treatment of materials by a process involving a change of temperature such as heating, cooking, roasting, distilling, rectifying, sterilising, pasteurising, steaming, drying, evaporating, vaporising, condensing or cooling (excluding those used for domestic purposes); instantaneous or storage water heaters, non- electric; parts thereofAusnahmen und Abweichungen, Art. 1ra: Import ban on goods generating significant revenues for Belarus (Annex XXVII). The ban does not cover the execution of contracts concluded before cut-off dates, which differ per annex tranche. Of the entries added on 24 July 2026, the wind-down covers ONLY CN codes 3803, 7006, 7008, 7009, 7011, 7013, 7014, 7017, 7018, 7020, 8707 and 8708: contracts concluded before 24 July 2026 may be executed until 25 October 2026 (Art. 1ra(9f)). The remaining codes from that round (2603, 2604, 2607, 2616, 2817, 2819, 7001, 7002, 7003, 7004, 7015, 7016, 7901) have no wind-down. Separate exemptions cover, among others, travellers' personal use and humanitarian purposes. The scope and cut-off dates of the wind-down differ between Russia and Belarus and change with every round. Check the current Art. 1ra on EUR-Lex. Heizen, Kochen, Rösten, Destillieren, Rektifizieren, Sterilisieren, Pasteurisieren, Dämpfen, Trocknen, Verdampfen, Kondensieren oder Kühlen (ausgenommen Haushaltsapparate); nichtelektrische Durchlauferhitzer und Heißwasserspeicher; Teile davon (KN-Code 8419) unterliegt EU-Sanktionsbeschränkungen im Sanktionsregime: Belarus, Russland, Nordkorea, Krim und Sewastopol, Gebiete Donezk, Luhansk, Saporischschja und Cherson. Was ist die Rechtsgrundlage und in welche Richtung gilt das Verbot?
Der KN-Code 8419 ist im Sanktionsregime Belarus, Russland, Nordkorea, Krim und Sewastopol, Gebiete Donezk, Luhansk, Saporischschja und Cherson (Anhang XXVII, Art. 1ra) aufgeführt. Gibt es Ausnahmen oder Abweichungen?
Machinery, plant or laboratory equipment whether or not electrically heated (excluding furnaces, ovens and other equipment of heading 8514 ), for the treatment of materials by a process involving a change of temperature such as heating, cooking, roasting, distilling, rectifying, sterilising, pasteurising, steaming, drying, evaporating, vaporising, condensing or cooling (excluding those used for domestic purposes); instantaneous or storage water heaters, non- electric; parts thereof Import ban on goods generating significant revenues for Belarus (Annex XXVII). The ban does not cover the execution of contracts concluded before cut-off dates, which differ per annex tranche. Of the entries added on 24 July 2026, the wind-down covers ONLY CN codes 3803, 7006, 7008, 7009, 7011, 7013, 7014, 7017, 7018, 7020, 8707 and 8708: contracts concluded before 24 July 2026 may be executed until 25 October 2026 (Art. 1ra(9f)). The remaining codes from that round (2603, 2604, 2607, 2616, 2817, 2819, 7001, 7002, 7003, 7004, 7015, 7016, 7901) have no wind-down. Separate exemptions cover, among others, travellers' personal use and humanitarian purposes.
