Council Regulation (EU) 2026/1805 amending 833/2014. It defers the procedure for revising the oil price cap (new Article 3n(11a)): the Commission notice on the average market price for 15 January to 17 June 2026 was published on 23 July 2026, and the amended Annex XXVIII applies from 15 August 2026. The previous cap applies until then. The regulation does not change the list of CN codes; it concerns crude oil of heading 2709 and products of heading 2710.
